Everything was perfect. Parking was so easy and the property was very easy to find. The view from the room was just incredible. The room itself was immaculate and well- furnished. We were very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and polite. The restaurant staff was very accommodating and the food was exquisite. We were very happy to stay at this property. Our stay at Serras was exceptional . Great team & amazing hospitality both front desk plus in restaurants. Emilce really made us feel welcomed and was very helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent and well priced. Location for outdoor activities was perfect. The Incles Valley was on our doorstep and is a must visit. We recommend this property.
