Beautiful in 2023 newly refurbished hotel right at the foot of the beginners ski slopes. The staff and service were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!

The hotel was amazing… the staff were so helpful. The facilities were lovely, amazing spa and massages. The ski hire shop and lockers being located in the basement made the whole process easier… and a mini bus took us to the gondola…

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The showers were spacious with good water pressure and temperature. Really appreciated having both a washer and dryer to quickly do a load of laundry mid-trip.
