Room was amazing - big and so well equipped. One of the best bathrooms we've experienced.

And the reason for that is because Blackpine delivers what you cannot get in most luxury hotels - a PERSONALIZED luxury experience. It is really about their team's attention to you as a valued customer: they will try to help with everything starting from your arrival, to giving advices on visiting different places within and out of the city, and up till it is time to leave (special thanks to Taras). Rooms are great: very clean (almost to an extreme level), cleverly designed and offering good amenities. Very good breakfast. I am not a fan of valet parking, but the one offered by the hotel (25EUR per night) was absolutely fine and no troubles at all. We definitely will be back!
