The service was impeccable, and the staff did a great job catering to every detail. Special thanks to Julieta, who was patient enough to find us a room that fitted us perfectly.
Breakfast was by far the best we have ever had in a hotel. Not only the tasty dishes, but also the good quality products and the impeccable service. There was even champagne if one wanted.
Everything in the hotel has great esthetics, and everyone goes above and beyond to bring such a perfect hospitality experience.
We hope to return there soon and we totally recommend it to everyone!

Immediately upon arrival, our stay was made more pleasant by the lady at the reception, who was very nice, helpful and full of energy. For the price I paid, it was unbelievable what I could use in the hotel, a wonderful wellness area outside and inside, and fitness center and also a garage. the suite was very huge and had a very beautiful view on the mountains. we will definitely come back again soon. thank you

Very comfortable beds, big picnic bench style table was great for meals and playing cards/board games. and clean apartment. Plenty of room for everyone and a handy spare room for drying wet kit. Soap/shower gel included was a nice touch and one less thing to pack. Supermarket and ski shop underneath are great. There is a bar in the hotel next door.

really like the overall place, amazing view and relaxing Spa.
I really love that there were bowls for the dog, I travel a lot with it and it was the first time I found them in an hotel, very nice touch!
the apartment is fully equipped of everything!
