Dining Experience One of the highlights was the dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of choices, also for vegetarians. And fresh tomato juice - one of my favorite! Exceptional Service The staff were incredibly accommodating. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Mr. Islam, the manager of Club House and Makani Cafe. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our experience. Accommodations The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Areas for Improvement While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the music at the pool could be more entertaining. It is a beautiful place to visit at least once in your life, with beautiful gardens and extraordinary mountains, but many places are closed for renovations, which limited our visit, but we will be back! Great place to visit for stunning scenery and historic sites. Plenty to see. Easy to get there from Abu. AlAin is good for a lot of things (almost any....except tourism🤣) I mean generally I went to explore & I got that done. Al'Ain has beauty in the emarati culture embeded within, the mosques, the deserts, the monuments, beauty of the palms in the farms/sand, and the sweetest hearts living there💕. We had the best time, the hotel is lovely, the rooms incredibly spacious and a bath tub to die for! All the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for anybody. Their is a Mall straight across the road which is a real bonus and the hotel is very close to all of the attractions in Al Ain. The price paid for such a nice hotel is very reasonable.
