The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly well-trained. The hotel's décor is stunning, and the signature scent throughout the property adds an extra touch of luxury. Our room had an unbelievable view truly breathtaking. Housekeeping services were impeccable, with great attention to detail. The swimming pool area is a highlight, with multiple lifeguards ensuring a safe and relaxing environment. Breakfast was another standout experience. Special thanks to the chef and all the waitstaff for their excellent service and delicious offerings. Although I met only one member of the management team, it's clear that the entire leadership works hard behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results.     Dubai is an amazing place.

    Dubai is an amazing place. My only problem was my booking that I did via Booking.com I paid the full amount but it was a scam. When I got to the property I received an email to confirm that my booking was cancelled. I did not receive any further communication from the host and they do not reply to my mails or whatsap messages.

    Dubai is a great city, a must visit with great sightseeing capacity. We enjoyed our visit thoroughly it was one of the most exciting holiday visits in a very long time. The dune bashing to the desert was an experience to savour for a very long time. We will certainly come back again in the near future

    Great city - if you like megalomanya. Very acceptably priced activities and ammenities. Advisable transport type - Taxi . For me the ones with the colored tops are the cheapiest. Unfortunately ongoing constuction sites everywere - hate it or accept it.

    Dubai is fascinating: a mix of dystopia and utopia. It's worth visiting Dubai at least once. Despite having serious reservations ahead of the visit, I do not regret it, but I would not wish to stay for more than 3 days. Its wealth is amazing and in your face. Its infrastructure is phenomenal and its architecture jaw-dropping. It is extremely clean, wealthy and safe (I saw people leaving their belongings on cafe tables while visiting the rest room). To appreciate the extreme wealth of Dubai visit the Dubai Mall, the Fountain and Burj Khalifa. Dubai is clearly swimming in oil money. In comparison, most European cities (whilst undoubtedly offering specific attractions) are just like a poor, run-down villages (especially dirty and chaotic London). On the minus side: Dubai is hot and sticky, its traffic and energy are exhausting. While getting a cab via Uber or Careem is generally easy and cheap, getting a cab at the hugely interesting and large Dubai Mall can be nightmarish. A big problem is that there is now only one location is the Mall at which one can board an Uber or Careem, and the traffic at this location is crazily chaotic, with dozens of people trying to find their Uber cab. This is definitely a terrible feature of the Mall and needs to improve.

    The apartment was amazing, so clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect right on the beach and the residence is the best in Dubai in my opinion. My family loved everything about the Apartment and Qstay went above and beyond to make sure all was perfect for us and assisting with everything we needed for our baby from a cot to high chair. We will definitely be back. If you would like to cook, you find everything needed in the kitchen. Good value for money. Hotel was twice expensive in the same building.

    Location location!! For people who love beachside walks this is perfect. The marina is just outside the hotel with easy access via lift. The Dubai Marina Mall is just next door to the hotel.     The service was amazing! We had Mehedi, Amir, Abdullah and Dharmand take care of us during our week stay and they did an amazing job at it. We were also able to check in early which came in handy after an 8hour flight. The hotel is close to 2 tram stations and less than minutes walk to Dubai Marina Mall which is very convenient.
