I had the best experience at this hotel, the staff were more than amazing and the kindest ever. Special thanks for the staff in the reception and the manager in charge for making my stay exceptional. we got a free room upgrade to a one bedroom apartment with balcony, the view was great on the 27th floor and the apartment was big enought, clean and with every thing you may need ( a complete kitchen, washing machine, iron, dafe box, TV, coffee machine and coffee capsules, bioler for tea, etc ). there swimming pools and jaccuzi are outdoor on the 11th floor, they were kept clean and were not crowded at all. I specially loved the gym because of it's view and the hot sauna that was in the gym area. for those who wish to cook their own meals, there is a supermarket right around the corner. overally a gread value for the money.

From the very beginning, the communication with the hotel was exceptional. We reached out in advance to share what we were hoping to experience during our stay, and they went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Every detail was handled with care. The hospitality? Impeccable. The food? Absolutely delicious. The entire experience? A solid 10 out of 10. Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint. This was hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had.
