I am amazed by the peaceful, breathtaking scenery in which the property is located, the friendly and professional service of the owners, Ms. Bernadette David and her husband. I felt like a family and not just a guest. The feeling of being around family is invaluable to travelers away from home. Bernadette is genuine, warm, and welcoming. Being natives of the island, the owners and operators are knowledgeable of the culture, properties, and attractions of the country and make excellent suggestions. The owners are resourceful in solving any issues that arise. The property provides transportation that makes it easy for guests to reach any desired location.

The villa had an excellent view of the harbor, and the rooms were clean and spacious, with well-shaded outdoor seating to stay out of the sun while lounging. AC in the bedroom worked great. The manager, Calvin was very friendly and attentive and had pre-stocked some essentials (milk, tea, juice, bottled water) for us when we arrived.

Central location to all major parts of the island. Beautiful back garden with a variety of tropical fruit trees. Owner lives on property, so any incidental issues can be taken care of immediately. That's also adds a sense of safety.

Robert the owner is simply a good person. The view is astounding, better than the hotel friends stayed at costing 10x the price. The well stocked bar is a honesty bar which says it all about the owner. If super luxury towels, staff that are treated like servants is what you seek, go somewhere else. Facilities are functional, bed comfy, air con in room etc. If kind people matter to you, where you can talk with staff as friends, or do your own thing in privacy just sharing a "good-morning", this is the place to stay. Multiple lunch / supper food choices at a full range of prices a short walk down the hill. If walking the hill too much, (to get the view in the photos you have to be a couple hundred feet up) one of Roberts friends will drive you for a nominal fee. Included self serve breakfast is cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt, cold meats, cheese, hard boiled eggs which was good.

The Apartment was clean. All Utensil, refrigerator stove and matches was available for our use and functional. We loved the area, the scenery, and It was good to have Laundry service on site. Any issue arose it was promptly taken care of. Had A/C, running water and Electricity at all time, even when the Govt, system was down they had their own back up. The Owners were very friendly and Humble.

    Self catering. Unfortunately due to natural insect life cockroaches and ants welcome food/drink to carry through to first day was not available but understandable. An airtight storage box might allow coffee/tea/sugar/powdered milk to be stored prior to guest/s arriving. The location was very quiet with a couple of noisy evenings one until 8pm (the bird next door which talks) and loud music until 1:45am on just the one occasion. The view is fabulous. Parking is available if renting a car.
