The staff were friendly and helpful with regards parking, breakfast and suggestions of places to eat that evening. The room was unbelievable, brand new, really big with a balcony. Easy walk to all attractions. We drove to the castle as it was extremely hot in July but you could easily walk in cooler months of the year (25 minutes). Only stayed one night in Berat but would happily have stayed longer. Lovely variety in buffet style breakfast.

This hotel was exceptional in every staff very friendly helpful, the place was unbelievably decorated had everything and more you could want the room huge bathroom massive amazing shower and bed fridge hot water jug breakfast massive and yummy. This villa is a gem in Albania after 2 weeks here this was like an oasis in a desert we loved everything about it. The decor was second to none location great short walk into town Great value for money. Thanks for an awesome stay we came along way for this from OZ.

An Absolute Gem with Unmatched Hospitality! Our stay at this charming old house in the heart of Berat Castle was simply outstanding, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality of the owner. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a warmth and kindness that truly made us feel at home, almost as if we were being welcomed by a beloved "Mommy". The owner went above and beyond in every way imaginable. They weren't just helpful, but genuinely benign and incredibly kind, always ready with a smile and excellent recommendations for exploring the historic area. Whether it was tips on the best local restaurants, hidden gems within the castle walls, or practical advice about getting around Berat, their insights were invaluable and greatly enhanced our trip very easy to get Car parking inside the Castle next to the house! The house itself, steeped in history and character, was immaculate and perfectly appointed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, it was truly the owner's exceptional kindness and benign nature that made this rental stand out. Their generosity and willingness to assist with any request, no matter how small, was truly remarkable. We can't recommend this unique stay highly enough, not just for its comfort and incredible location within Berat Castle, but for the opportunity to experience such genuine and heartfelt hospitality. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated like family, look no further. We will absolutely be returning!

Everything was perfect to be honest . For couples and families everything was well organized the rooms were very new and modern. The location was on top of, within 3 minutes walking distance from the city centre and was flat . I highly recommend it !

The location is very good in the middle of the castle, the view from there is amazing exactly like the staff.The girl who worked there was so nice helped us with everything that we needed and prepared something very sweet in the room for my birthday. She gave me flowers, a small cake and a bottle of wine that they are making by them self!! It was very tasty, try it when you are there. I would visit again!
