All the staff were very welcoming and friendly the entire stay. They helped us figure the parking situation which was on site and even carried our luggage up to our room. The gentleman showed us around the room which wasn’t very roomy with two large suitcases, but otherwise, the room was very clean with everything we could need. The location itself was convenient and accessible to everything - back to back restaurants, supermarket (right around the corner) and beaches - about an easy 10-15 minute walk. If you’re into nightlife, the bars and clubs are in the exact strip as the beach access. 10/10 experience and will be returning!

Great hotel! Looks so clean and brand new. Only 15-20 min walk to the town center on a scenic route by the water, but the hotel is not in a crowded place. The staff were very hospitable. The breakfast eggs were really good. I would definitely recommend this place!

We LOVED this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. The room was very comfortable and large enough for 3 people. The balcony was perfect. The amenities the hotel provides are wonderful -- delicious breakfast, gorgeous pool overlooking the water with a bar and food service, and beach access run by the hotel with a restaurant just a 10 min walk from the hotel, and they provide nice towels. Even though it is a 10 min walk from the hotel to this beach area, the restaurant was delicious, the setting is beautiful, and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Note that there isn't really a sandy beach access like some other beaches but a stair access directly into the water. The hotel is a 20 minute walk into the downtown area with many restaurants and bars. Take a drive down south to Maestro beach for a relaxing beach day with chairs/umbrellas and food. We highly recommend staying here for your visit to Ksamil!

    The beaches are extremely beautiful and clean.

    The beaches are extremely beautiful and clean. Renting sunbeds/umbrellas can be quite pricy. If you go in the afternoon they would charge you the same price on some beaches. Driving in Ksamil can be quite hectic. The streets are quite narrow and not all the streets have pavements and on streets where they are present either they are taken up by shops or else the people do not use the land walk in the middle of the road. Be careful if you are driving there especially during rush hour and parking is not easy. The restaurants are really good. We tried a lot of them and the food is delicious and most of them have very reasonable prices. We were always treated nicely from the staff.

    The people are amazing.

    The people are amazing. They are all friendly and acomodating, and almost everyone speaks great english. The food is delicious! We went to several restaurants and all the food is great. Butrint national park is a must see. Although I highly recommend going there early (before 10 AM) to get a parking spot. Otherwise you will park 1 km-2km away and walk in the sun. The infrastructure is horrible. There are too many hotels and the roads are narrow and there are no or very little sidewalks. It is dangerous to walk around with small children because in august it was filled with cars that were driving too fast on those roads. Driving inside Ksamil and between Ksamil and Saranda is a nightmare.

    Beautiful beaches and nature but overcrowded. We would not come back in July or August again. September could work. Roads are crazy and cannot cope with amount of tourists. Again, could be perfect in September.

    Вистинско достигнување е да се стигне од Скопје до Ксамил. За жал инфраструктурата во Албанија е далеку од потребното за брзо и безбедно патување. Градот Ксамил се гуши во сообраќајен хаос. Недостасуваат паркинзи, клупи за одмор, пешачки патеки, корпи за отпадоци и најважното на плажите нема тушеви ! Плажите наликуваат на фавели и движењето е прилично отежнатао. Истакнувам дека има неколку плажи и барови кои отскокнуваат со уреденоста, понудата, но и цените се високи. Ксамил обилува со одлични ресторани каде за пристојна сума на пари може да се добие одличен оброк. Домаќините се исклучително пријатни и љубезни безмалку секаде.

    Very beautiful place! So clear sea with best beaches .

    Very beautiful place! So clear sea with best beaches .So tasty restaurants and cafes. We can pay cash and with card ,we don't have problems with payment. Very tasty ice-cream and sweets in the beaches. We will come back again. Thank you Albnia and Ksamil in the our hearts forever.

    Beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants, but very busy and €30 for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella wherever you go. Packed beaches, lots of noise from multiple bars so you're hearing 3-4 songs at the same time. Most of the music is local techno so not our cup of tea! The Albanian people were all very friendly with good service and better than I've experienced elsewhere in Europe and at home! Not as cheap as expected.... €15-€20 for a main course but Happy Hour cocktails for €5 is good value. Overall, a nice place but too packed, too hectic and not cheap enough to return.

    Perfect location (5min walk to town / beach yet still quiet at night), amazing views over Ksamil, secure parking, staff were so welcoming & attentive. The food here was probably the best we had in Albania - I don’t know why it isn’t hyped more in the reviews, if you’re in Ksamil you must eat at their restaurant, everything was so delicious & very reasonable. Highly recommend this spot to anyone considering.

    We stayed at hotel olive for 3 nights, first time in Albania and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a good location, about 5/10 mins walk to loads of restaurants and one of the many beaches is a 2 min walk. The on site restaurant is very nice, mainly fish dishes. All the staff are lovely and will go out of their way to help you. Clean hotel and quiet rooms with comfy beds. Will definitely be back, thank you.

    Very helpful and kind stuff. Delicious breakfast (maybe the best we had in Albania). Hotel located close to beach. At the time we stayed as it wasn’t high season, we were offered better accommodation for the same price. It was a big compliment from administration.
