The apartment is situated in a very quiet part of Lin and has lake view. It's super clean and exactly as described. The bed is comfortable and all facilities are present as listed. Breakfast is nicely outside on the patio and next to the regular cheese and veggies also has petullas and jam; a nice treat. Parking is safely on premises. The village and its restaurants are at an easy 5-7 minute stroll.

Beautiful room, amazing breakfast and the most friendly staff ever. Their private beach is absolutely amazing. The perfect place to relax. We even booked a second night and would have stayed even longer if we didn’t have other plans. Dinner was also very, very tasty. Make sure to order the korani fish dish.

Really lovely rooms that are comfortable and super clean. Plenty of hot water and fast wifi. I had a great balcony with a view of the sea. Tasty breakfast included, which you can take in your room, in the dining area, or on the deck right next to the water. Daniela and her family are genuine and sweet people. Terrific hospitality. You'll feel right at home!

The vilage is cute and tiny. Breakfast was amazing. View from the balcony is beyond limits. Staff were helpful. I wish it was summer so we could swim in the clear water of the lake.

    Great town to spend a day and perhaps one night.

    Great town to spend a day and perhaps one night. Fantastic lake and mountain views. Like stepping back in time. It's a way to visit the real Albania, with all its simple charms as well as flaws. Definitely not a fancy or Disneyland-type place. Has a few decent places for a lakefront meal or drink. Just walk around town to admire its authenticity and be sure to walk up to the rocky peninsula for the outstanding views (you'll likely see some sheep, donkeys and chickens long the way).

    The walk over the promontory was good, a little hilly but fine for any reasonably fit person. Good to see the ruins of the monastery and the mosaic, follow the red and white stripes. Then through the green gate to the end of the promontory where there is an old pill box with views across the Lake Orhid. Hotel Leza stocks a wheat beer more to our taste if you like ale. Lin is a pretty village one of the oldest inhabited in Europe.

    Nice little village on the shore of Ohrid lake.

    Nice little village on the shore of Ohrid lake. We stayed there 2 nights but we could have stayed 1 more night. There are some nice walks to do in the village. One along the coast and and another one uphill to reach a bunker dating from the communist regime. The place is convenient for those who need to catch a plane in Ohrid airport. Just make sure to leave in good time due to potential delays at the border between Albania and North Macedonia.

    A wonderful, quiet place with what you would call "soft tourism" appeal. I do hope they keep the village like it is and don't make the same mistake as they have made in Ksamil (see my other evaluations).

    Lin is a charming village nestled beside Lake Ohrid. The atmosphere is serene and welcoming, with friendly and genuinely hospitable residents. As you drive down the national road leading to Pogradec, the village of Lin appears below. This picturesque peninsula is home to hundreds of locals. As you approach, the vibrant red roofs of its quaint homes stand out. Notably, one of the oldest mosaics in the Eastern European region, dating back to the 4th century, is located here. Its detailed designs and beauty seamlessly complement the surrounding landscape!
