Everything was great, dinner that family has prepared was amazing. Here you can feel true Armenian hospitality. Beds are comfortable and there's a nice common area with ping pong table and backgammon. Wonderful stay!

It's really nice here with all the cottage renovations and upgrades. They now have 2 beautiful bathrooms downstairs. They are very clean and beautifully decorated. They also now have 2 new aircon units. The beds have new sheets and they are super comfortable to sleep in. They fixed up the kitchen to be fully working. They have all new windows and window screens. The fiber internet was fast and reliable. The owners invested a lot of money into the property and it shows. The outside garden was beautiful with nice lights at night. The atmosphere was quite magical. The host, as always, was super friendly and caring, and gave us fruits several times to snack on. She also gave me a few gifts at checkout, as well as give the girls some beautiful flowers from the garden to take home. We also had some special requests, some of which seemed a bit too much to ask for, but we were desperate. We added a few visitors for the day and the host had no problem at all accepting our inquiry. I think it's time to raise your prices, because this is a STEAL at the current listed prices for a room there. This wasn't our first stay here, but it was by far the best stay after so many enhancements were made to the property. You will see us again, and I wish you well.

    Nice room for reasonable price They have beautiful garden and even an outdoor swimming pool for a sumer time . We arrived later in the evening, hosts told us a lot abut the location, their establishment and culture. In the morning we had a great breakfast and they explained us a lot about their cultural events. They can teach you armenian dance, armenian hospitality traditions and music. A lot of workshops available on sight

    The location was great, in a quiet village near Aragats mountain. We really loved the house and the garden. It was a very interesting experience to stay in such a beautiful, authentic armenian home. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We were offered apricots and kompot from their garden and they were delicious. The location is not far from Yerevan.

    This was one of the best guesthouses I’ve been to in the whole country. Wonderful location, plenty of amenities. And the warmest and most welcoming hosts. I am definitely coming back here in summer! It’s perfect for a lazy couple of days away from Yerevan.
