A great place to enjoy the beauty of Sevan away from the cluttered tourist infrastructure and an absolute MUST in Armenia if you are a diver or interested in water sports. We stayed for a few days in the "luxury" room with ceiling to floor views of the lake ( breathtaking and SO worth the extra price), and enjoyed swimming, diving, jet ski, and just having a beer and soaking in the views and direct access to water. The amenities were minimal, but convenient, functional and clean. The included breakfast and the cooked-on-the-spot lunches and dinners were delicious. Compliments to the chef! The diving facilities are top-notch and the staff's enthusiasm is infectious. I used the upper deck both to relax and watch a movie and to jump on a work call. An unexpected surprise was the stargazing -- if you step outside on the parking lot, you can see the Milky Way! We both fell in love with the place and are looking forwards to be back.

My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!

Location was amazing which is so calm and peaceful with the view of mountains and also has the private beach which worth every penny.They also have the bar at the beach, drinks were incredible.On top of that every staffs at the resort are super friendly and adorable Restaurant is also amazing, foods are really delicious and fresh. Shura is an amazing host. She kindly showed me around and was always there if I needed help with just about anything. The nature is stunning. The food was outstanding, so I ended up having all my meals there. Highly recommended

It's the first time we stayed at this hotel after being recommended many times and it was definitely worth it. Beautiful place , with natural materials - wood, stone, metal. Room was very cute and called to rest and dream. My bed downstairs was squeaky but the mattress and bedding was very comfortable. The restaurant is great, the staff is super caring, professional and nice both at the hotel and the restaurant . Loved our stay and will come back :)
