But more than the physical beauty, it was the people who made this stay unforgettable. The team here—from the owner to every single staff member—was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Despite any language barrier, they understood what I needed and always helped with such heart. They made dishes for me even when it wasn’t on the menu, surprised me with sweet treats, and offered support with sincerity that’s rare even in hospitality.
The rooms are beautifully done, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and stylish—and there’s a calm, quiet soul to the entire place. It feels personal, intentional, and full of heart.
This place doesn’t just offer comfort—it offers healing. I came here unsure, carrying some emotional weight, and I’m leaving lighter, happier, and deeply grateful.

The hotel premises are new and exceptionally clean. The rooms were tastefully designed and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the pleasant temperature maintained throughout the hotel, which was a welcome comfort given the very cold weather in the evenings.
Finally, I would like to compliment the staff. Both the host and the cleaning lady were incredibly polite and customer-friendly. I also noted that the kitchen area was kept very clean.

Dilijan never disappoints. It's the perfect mix of fresh mountain air, relaxing nature, and family-friendly activities. We’ve been here several times, and each visit brings something new. This time, we spent a lot of time outdoors — the walking trails are clean and peaceful, and the views are stunning. We also found it very easy to get around with our toddler. The town feels safe, the people are kind, and the food is always fresh and tasty. If you're traveling with kids, this is one of the best places to visit in Armenia.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant better than anywhere else we tasted in Dilijan and even Armenia. Home made basturma, specially bought, ecxcellent lamb, wonderful pork kebabs and amazingly well made vegetable dishes. Absolutely wonderful and magical place by the river. Everything and everybody made us feel very much at home
