This is a new hotel and everything is working very well. It's on the edge of town by the beautiful river gorge with terrific views of Old Goris. It is easy to walk to the main road and plaza and all of the services there. The staff were extremely nice and though they didn't speak English, it was easy to communicate with them with translation apps. The room.was spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the generous breakfast, good hot water shower, and sitting on the balcony watching the view.

Huge rooms, very comfortable bed. There was a small fridge, tea cattle, tea table, chairs and a sofa in the room. All new and very clean. We had a balcony with a view to Goris town. The host welcomed us with awesome tea and home-made local pastry (gata). Overall, it was way beyond our expectations. Definitely recommend!

A beautiful, charming town with its own Eiffel Tower and a statue of a man with a mustache. Staying overnight in Goris makes visiting Tatev Monastery much easier. I recommend the cafe and food court (BBQ) at Shane supermarket: good coffee and sweet pastries for breakfast, and a large selection of excellent kebabs for lunch.

The city has large supermarkets and many cafes. It's very convenient to explore the surrounding area—the cave city of Khndzoresk, Tatev Monastery, and the cable car. Near Old Goris, there's a clifftop area reminiscent of Cappadocia in Turkey.

A wonderful and very beautiful city. It is well-kept and shows a high level of well-being of the population. We lived in the Hayi tun guesthouse, which meets all European standards. We liked it very much. We want to come back here again.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel! The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and Hasmik, the hostess, was especially kind and accommodating; she made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The hospitality was amazing! Our room was clean and cozy, with a nice balcony to sit and relax. The breakfast stood out: everything was homemade and genuinely tasty, a great way to start the day. It’s a well-run place with a personal touch. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others visiting Goris.

It’s a new hotel, not yet finished, but already looking really good. The room was just like in the picture—very nicely furnished and with all the comforts one needs. The staff was super nice! Breakfast was amazing! Goris was a surprise as well. We ended up there because we couldn’t find suitable accommodation in Tatev within our budget, and I couldn’t be happier that we stopped there. The village is charming and quite unique!

Hayi Tun means armenian house, and that's exactly the feeling you'll get upon arrival. Nice, comfy and secluded. Very quiet. The Host Mr. Gerard was incredibly helpful and gave me tips for best timings and other little hints about must-see locations in the area. Sadly I do not speak Armenian (nor Russian), but we were able to communicate nevertheless and everything went really smoothly.
