The accommodation is really good but surrounded by a very dirty and poor area, so don't be negatively impressed while approaching the accommodation. It is located 5-10 minutes walk to the monastery. The rooms are good and very clean. The breakfast was the hilight. It's very simple but bery intimate. A variety of local jams was served with bread, cheese, boiled egg, and tea. We also asked for Armenian coffee and the lady promptly served us. All in all it's was a good overnight stay.

Causy room, excellent services, very nice owner and staff, perfect location. The room was convenient with all new facilities, simple yet esthetic and functional. The owner and the staff were extremely friendly and nice. The location was just 5 min walking distance from Sanahin complex. Highly recommend

Location literally right next door to the monastery. Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with many homemade items (bread, cheese, jam, etc). We also had a delicious dinner here (about $12 per person). Most importantly, the host Mary and her family are truly amazing and warm people. One of the nicest people we have met in Armenia!
