The hotel's prime location allowed easy access to the city's top attractions. However, the serene ambiance of the hotel provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city.
I can not praise the staff enough. Especially the receptionist Alvard. Their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction. They were always willing to assist, going above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable.
Overall, Andor Hotel is a true gem. It offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a first-class experience.

Staffs are amazing, very welcoming and helpful especially the housekeepers and receptionists. They let us do early check-in which we really appreciate. They also given us complimentary fruits after housekeeping, such a sweet gesture. Breakfast and their resto bar food is exceptional. Top notch service from day 1 to last. We really had a comfortable and wonderful stay. It’s truly value for money, we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

QatarNice hotel, clean and new. Very friendly and professional staff and I really would like to thank the lady who check us in, she was very nice. The hotel is nice in general located near the river and the red bridge. If your room has a balcony you will enjoy the view and the sound of the river. There are walking green areas beside the river also.

Yerevan is ok, very expensive bars and restaurants overall. a lot of pollution probably normal in november make the scene a bit dull. nightlife ok but you need to know where to go, people still smoke in the bars. I prefered a lot of outside the city in lake and mountain towns.

We spent three days in Yerevan and absolutely fell in love with the city. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, with a unique charm that blends history and modern life effortlessly. The people were incredibly welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, and their warmth made us feel at home from the very first day. The food was outstanding—rich flavors, generous portions, and a culinary culture that invites you to slow down and truly enjoy every meal.
The city itself is clean, easy to explore on foot, and full of beautiful spots where you can pause and soak in the views. Whether wandering through its lively streets, enjoying the rhythm of everyday life in cozy cafés, or watching the city glow in the evening light, Yerevan has a way of staying with you. It’s a place that feels both familiar and exciting, and we left already thinking about when we might return.

It's a beautiful city with history.
It's a beautiful city with history. One of the first with a Christian (Orthodox) faith. With very delicious food and small prices. The vernissage market is a charm. And I recommend you to see the evening city. The cultural program is wonderful.

Friendly population, very good food restaurants (although service in Armenia is something to get used to, it's really culture)... A clean, cozzy, safe city worthwhile visiting as well as the other parts of Armenia. Without exception, they all smile if you thank them in their local language (as it's very hard to remember :-)). I certainly recommend all my friends to put it on their list.

Many places to see.
Many places to see. The city is perfect for taking a walk, because of many parks, lots of cafes and good behaviors of drivers towards pedestrians. In addition I found that local people are polite and warm.

People are indifferent and not at all friendly or helpful. Nobody ever returns a smile. We are Muslims and had absolutely next to no halal food options. Found one good Indian restaurant called India Palace selling halal certified food but it was expensive and they sell alcohol. The tour operators are not genuine. They charge people differently and most of our tour was a waste of time and money.
All in all our family trip was not that exciting.

Very nice and new hotel with an excellent location in the city center close to everything. Staff is very nice, especially the night reception person Koryun who was very helpful with daytrip ideas in Armenia.
The hotel also happened to be 300m away from a travel agency where you could get day-trips to all sorts of destination in Armenia and the proximity of the hotel to the agency/departure point in the morning came very handy as it allowed for more sleep and possibility to enjoy breakfast.

The hotel is very nice. It is in the center of Yerevan - just a 15-minute walk from the Republic Square. The location is very convenient to explore the city center and vicinities. I had the room with panoramic view on the fourth floor which was quiet. Breakfast is good. I also used the laundry which was ready within a day.

The location is the best - right in the city center. The hotel is located in the yard and it was very quiet. The hosts are very nice and helpful, they allowed to check in earlier and check out later. The room is warm, clean and tidy, with a small fridge. The Internet connection is OK, you can make video calls.
