The flat is located in the best suburb of Buenos Aires, Recoleta, full of bars and restaurants, also pretty safe. The unit is beautiful and it has everything in order to make you feel like home. The communication with Vale was fluid and accurate. She was checking on us all the time, which is great and helpful. I've been so many times in Buenos Aires and this has been my best experience ever! Also, Vale was so helpful with something very valuable that I left by mistake in the apartment and she made sure to save for me and give it back.

Perfect location, everything you need available in the neighborhood (restaurants, laundromat, shops, banks), short walk to the metro, and many important sites accessible on foot from 10-30 min. walk (Teatro Colon, Plaza de Mayo, Obelisk, Plaza de Congreso, Recoleta Cemetery and more). Really nice staff working in the hotel, accommodating, courteous and friendly, including reception, housekeeping, and breakfast. Nice comfortable room, very clean, spacious, large closet with shelves and a safe, nice large TV including Netflix and Youtube.

Excellent character of hotel giving one a true taste of Buenos Aires. It's refreshing to be in a hotel that isn't a carbon copy modern style, but rather a home-from-home feel in what would have been a large family abode during the wealthier times of BA. It only has 8 bedrooms, so it never feels overwhelming. Intimate setting, superb quiet location in Palermo, and the breakfast is just the right amount. Staff are wonderfully helpful, and will find answers to any questions about the area. I will definitely stay again.

Even though the hotel is not located near the center or other city quartiers like Palermo or Recoleta it is easy move with the Subte, buses or taxi. Breakfast is a very good one, once I had problem but the staff kindly gave quick solution. We could find good places to eat just walking in the surroundings. I had mistaken my staying dates (it should have been 5 nights and not 4 as I scheduled, so we had to extend one day more and they accepted.

Excellent location in Buenos Aires. Very clean hotel and Covid-19 safe. The best of it was their staff. Very attentive, customer service focused and always ready to help in order to make you feel welcome and happy. There were a series of issues with my booking and other stuff but Florencia managed to sort them all out!!! Thank you a million for your professionalism and patience!!! THANK YOU!!!

The location is good to transfer to/from Buenos Aires main airport (Ezeiza). However, it was difficult to get to the hotel from Aeroparque airport afternoon due to heavy traffic. Covid restrictions are observed well, our body temperature was checked at the entrance and we didn't have any chance for close contacts with other people.

Location is perfect, with the view to the Recoleta cemetery. Lots of great restaurants and bardzo around, as well as the shopping mall. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. They all speak very well English. The breakfast was the best we had in Argentinian hotels, even though it was pretty little varied.

Love the location in the heart of the Palermo district of Buenos Aires. Hotel staff spoke excellent English which was a bonus for me as my Spanish is limited. It was great to be able to exchange money at the hotel which allowed exchanges closer to the "blue dollar".

Very cozy small hotel, with a very nice and attentive staff, who went an extra mile trying to accomodate my special requests during my stay. The location is excellent, you can go walking around Palermo quite easily. The breakfast was pretty good, with local delicacies.

The small hotel is good. Nice place to spend a night or 2 when traveling. We had the breakfast on time to catch our flight. The location is perfect for visiting Palermo neighborhood, there are great restaurants around the area and walking distance.

Very good price when paid in cash. Excellent location, very convenient. Area felt safe, even though not as much as if it were in Recoleta or Palermo. Size of thr bed and the room were nice.

Location, right in the buzzy Palermo district. Slick hotel, large, comfortable bed. Cute downstairs café.
