Old infrastructure and slow lift system but great people. You can walk everywhere. Shops are limited and don’t expect to self cater unless you can shop before you arrive. The instruction I witnessed was very good. Local Dr was amazing and very helpful like most of the people we met. This is the big attraction. Travel solo on the lifts you meet more people and get through the lines faster! I really enjoyed this experience. It is expensive though.Guest review byChay BUnited States

The kitchen team are kind and passionate, invites into the kitchen to see how them make fresh produce. They worked hard to break the language barrier, turkey amazing. I would say the same about the lady on reception, she did her best to resolve problems and even bought us some chocolates but ultimately we had enough and left a day early! The location was excellent at the base of the Las Lenas ski resort. The staff were helpful with any problems and tolerant of my limited Spanish. All spa features are very good too (heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc).
