United StatesWe were on a family trip from Buenos Aires to Mendoza, and decided to drive (visiting Argentina from Phoenix, AZ, USA). Casablanca Hotel alone made the long car trip worthwhile, and was the most positive surprise (it was originally meant as a stopover around the halfway point along RN7). The small boutique hotel is very charming, very tastefully furnished. Special commendations on the comfortable beds! The house has a nice backyard and little patios, which keep the outside close while maintaining privacy. Breakfast was included in the stay.
The owner, Adrian, also co-runs the "Freunde von Melo" arrisenal brewery in the same town, and he agreed to show us the process. The microbrewery is state of the art, the beer first rate. It is up to Adrian to tell the story how the brewery got its name and logo!
We'll be back if we can!
