Yamilla and Co were great! really kind, caring, helpful and professional. Right from the get, Yamilla was in contact with me via WhatsApp and that contact never dropped off. She was available for any questions, recommendations, etc that I had (including arranging a taxi for me to get to the airport when it was time for me to salidas). Breakfast was included at a cafe up the street and the suite was great. No complaints and I would happily stay here again (good location in Palermo, close to transit and all amenities, functioning air conditioning, basic kitchen, dishes and cooking facilities in room) and I would recommend it to others.

Someone met us to hand over the keys. Our luggage did not make the flight so it was delivered later. The employees were kind to accept the luggage delivery from the airline and keep it safe till we returned from our day trip. We were also allowed to store our luggage after checkout for several hours which we very much appreciated.
