Pablo was so accommodating in getting us checked in, even at after 11:30 pm. He was a great resource in helping us save money and getting us to and from the Falls as well as to the airport. It is a well-organized place. Comfortable facilities and a good breakfast made it a nice place to stay. It is also only a 15 minute walk to the bus station, from which you can head to the Falls.

The location is exceptional, you are a 10 minutes walk distance from the downtown, you can find many restaurants, stores, bars. The room was pretty clean and organized, too comfortable, ideal for resting after being out all day long. The hosts were too polite and attentive. I had a great conversation with Mr Luis and he recommended more activities to take advantage of my whole time there. Highly recommended!

Outstanding hosts, very welcoming, so kind and friendly and so helpful. Victor and his wife are delightful and kind people and made us feel so welcome and made our stay so pleasant. The property is excellent is many ways. It is very clean and the ambience inside this one-bedroom apartment makes for a comfortable stay. Location is a few meters from the nearest bus stop to Iguazo Falls. The owner, Miguel and his son, Arturo are very accommodating hosts. They also offered airport pick up for a fee. Our flight was delayed and arrived late at night. When they learned that we didn’t have dinner yet upon our arrival they gave us a ride to a restaurant. The restaurant was in a very good location, giving us a view of Friendship Bridge at night. It was an added service that they provided for free. Thanks, Miguel and Arturo.

I've been to Puerto Iguazu more than a dozen times and this was, hands down, the best place I ever stayed in. The house is really cute with trendy decor, the bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen and living room are fully equipped, and there is a large backyard and a great open space on the front. Everything is clean as well. Nicolás, the host, is very pleasant and helpful. The location is about a mile from downtown, so it's better suited for people with cars or who enjoy walking, but you won't find a place like this close to the city center, so it's well worth the trade off. Also, it's a really silent and peaceful neighborhood. And there's a good mini market just one block away. I definitely recommend Nicolás place.
