Galtür is a very family-friendly ski resort with slopes of all difficulties, a fantastic ski school, easy transport to and within the resort, and great restaurants at the slopes. If you need more slopes, the much larger Ischgl is also just a quick bus ride away. The ski bus is occasionally quite packed, but the ride is quick and the bus runs very frequently. You can rent all sorts of outdoor equipment for snowy adventures. There is a large grocery store and also several good to exquisite restaurants. A very good hotel in a perfect location . The SKI bus station is located in front of the hotel, Ski room is very large and well heated with a dedicated entrance. Excellent bed so a great nights sleep. Good boot room and convenient exit to the road. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Lots of sockets for charging all those electrical devices. Warm rooms but good temperature control so I could keep cool at night (many hotels in Austria are like blast furnaces)!!
