GermanyMy family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Andrea's hotel. We were not really planning to go vacation so I had not time to make to many resarch about the hotel, when we first arrived we had given us a smaller room with no views, my husband asked for a better solution and the host has provided us a room upgrade, moving us in an apartment, much more comfortable (we are a family of 4 with 2 small kids) and with a beautiful view! We had breakfast at the hotel and it was simply delicious, simple and healthy! As I said before we didn't really planned this little vacation so we didn't sky but the zillertal Arena is 2 mins away, we had a fantastic hike instead and it was breathtaking ... definitely we will be back! We loved our time at the Andrea's hotel, everything was spotless clean. really pleased with everything!

NetherlandsGreat value for money spot to stay in Gerlos for whatever reason. My lady and I spent a week here in February for wintersport. I honestly can't think of anything negative to mention. The place is run by an Austrian family, very friendly, social and welcoming. The service is exceptional (they will even remember how you prefer your eggs for breakfast, I highly recommend spiegelei mit speck;). The place is very well maintained, clean, cosy and child-friendly (there's an equipped playroom in the basement). Spacisous rooms, cleaned every day. There's an in-house elevator available. Location is perfectly positioned to be able to reach ski lift, busstop, supermarket and restaurants WITHOUT having to drive. Though there's plenty parking outside of the hotel if you do prefer to get around by car. And if you are skilled enough you can ski down to the hotel directly from the slopes. Oh, and don't miss out on the sauna. It's relatively small but has everything for those sore muscles. All in all, a definite recommend for either couples, families of friend groups!

Beautiful scenery and passes to cross for the motorbike. Stayed at Gast Hof Kuhle Rast, great hotel,lovely breakfast and evening meal, this place is a great find. (Not for the disabled as on a hill and accommodation is upstairs). Wonderful for an overnight but better still for a weeks holiday. They have 3 sitting out areas and a great seating area inside. Rustic Austria.
The scenery was fantastic.

Family owned hotels/apartments are our preferred because of the care and consideration that the hosts provide.
Excellent location in the high street of the town. Balcony outside the room. Free and secure parking.
We met our host Hubert and also grandpa and he is a motorcycle enthusiast! What a character!
Restaurants and bars of all prices within walking distance. Breakfast included.
Free voucher for a return ride up the local ski lift - face value 40 euros.

The hotel is run by a very friendly family and is very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner included in our room, the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel is just outside Gerald’s, about 10 minute walk to the centre and walking distance to the ski lift

A great, well-designed hotel for the whole family. Plenty of activities for all tastes and ages. Wonderful spa.
It would be nice to have a bike rental service directly at the hotel. Also, good coffee at the bar was missing.
