We've stayed at this hotel before and continued to be impressed by the customer focus and the quality/cleanliness of the room and facilities. Location is excellent with access to the old town and cable car in just a few meters. Breakfast is outstanding and the team uses regional products from local makers. Sauna areas is nice and views from the hotel patio are great.

Our room was spacious with a balcony that has a stunning view of the mountains.
Clean, comfortable beds and a good shower.
Breakfast was excellent but above all the host were kind and welcoming, agreed to store our luggage for a week when we were hiking, provided us with guest card and were highly responsive.

Great location- walking distance to Going town centre (1km) and local Badesee (1km). Many possibilities for trips in surrounding areas. Great facilities for kids everywhere we went.
Apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our private terrace with views and kids enjoyed garden. Very quiet location so we slept very well 🙂.

Great hotel accessible to all areas. The staff were so helpful even down to receiving a lunch bucket on leaving as we were being picked up at 4.30am. Great food and lovely breakfast.
