Everything was excellent — the staff were super friendly, the food was delicious, and both breakfast and dinner were served as a well-organized buffet.
The place was clean with breathtaking views.

Kaprun city is ver admirable Tourest city , However the supermarkets and other shopping are are closing very early and meeting the Tourists desires
This to be really addressed by Austrian Government to utilise their facilities efficiently and bring more tourists to there country like others worldwide Tourists attract cites and increase city economy as well

Kaprun is a very nice place for someone interested in spending 3/4 days for outdoor activities and hiking in the nearby mountains. There are a lot of possibilities for visiting the mountains with the Teleferik although a bit expensive for a family of 4 persons.

The Geography and skiing are everyone's reason for going to Kaprun. They are both excellent. The town itself was pretty quiet in early April. Pizza shops dominated the dining seen. Some of the business had Arabic words written on their signs. I don't believe that these words were necessary for Arab travelers, but detract from the authentic alpine atmosphere.
The ski lift was my favorite facility.
The Aplenhaus restaurant was the best place to eat.
I would avoid going up the mountain on anything but the first lift in the moring

Skiing Kaprun / Zell am See in March is excellent but the weather can be changeable . Also can be busy on the glacier at times and the route back to the Alpincentrr can be bumping and very congested.
Great apres ski options at the bottom of the maiskogelbahn . Baumbar and Paletti are particularly excellent .
The Bründl shop / ski hire location at the foot of the maiskogel provide lockers which are brilliant when you finish for the day to deposit your skis and boots , change into normal shoes and hit the apres ski entertainment. Great staff here as wel , always helpful and friendly

The perfect place for winter holidays !
We spent a week here, second year in the row and we are planning to come back again next year.
The hotel rooms, the people, the spa, the swimming pools, the breakfast, the dinner, everything was excellent to the last detail. The area is also really beautiful for small trips around the hotel.
Here you can combine ski and spa for the best winter holidays!

Breakfast in the hotel was good and all staff members were extremely polite and helpful. Walking to the ski rental building and ski lift was a short 5-10 min walk. We will definately look to make a reservation in Hotel Sonnblick the next time we go skiing in Kaprun.

Great location in center of Kaprun, close to ski lift, bars, restaurants and shops. Wonderful breakfast and good dinner service. Spa was clean. Hotel team was friendly and added a bed for my toddler to room for free.

Great tipical Austria hotel with a nice owners. We were accommodated in the new room after reconstruction with a beautiful view on a wild river. There is a very good restaurant in the hotel.
