Situated 500 metres from the lifts of the Kitzbühel Alps Ski Area, the Lifthotel has a ski bus stop right in front of it. It features a restaurant serving Tyrolean specialities. We have been staying in the hotel several times before, but the first time with new wellnes that is great! The first time we were here before Christmas so we were surprised with no skibus and only limited postbus transport the first day. We respected some limits may be conected with Covid/begining of season, but in the end of our staying we were enjoing our previous experince of Lift hotel and were fully O. K. We will still recommed to stay here.

Featuring an indoor pool and a spa area, the Activ Hotel & Spa Sonne 4 Sterne Superior enjoys a quiet location amid the Kitzbühel Alps, a 5-minute walk from Kirchberg's centre. We had both breakfast and dinner options. Traveling with a picky eater, we were blown away by the selection of food - there was something for everyone. Most importantly, the food was delicious. Also, we made use of the pool and spa.

Most of them have a balcony.... Very cozy! Everything you need is there. Owners are very friendly, polite and responsive. Many thanks for early breakfast :) There are a dog, two cats and rabbits. Kids liked them very much. This is a place we would like to come back.

This hotel combines spa facilities, a restaurant and an ideal location for skiing. Hotel Sonnalp is 500 metres from the nearest ski slope and offers rooms with a balcony and scenic mountain views. The half board dining was very good. The restaurant staff offered excellent service and were very friendly. All spoke English well. Plenty of good food. If one was still hungry after 3 courses there was a large selection of cheese . Wine by the glass was good and a fair price around 5 euro.

The Hotel Alexander is located right in the centre of Kirchberg in Tyrol and offers panoramic views of the famous Hahnenkamm slope. The free ski bus stops in front of the hotel. Amazing staff, especially the nice lady on the reception. We got a roomupgrade, that room had a big size with a balcony with a view to the mountains. All very clean. The breakfast was very delicious.

6th winter visit here. Has everything you need. Small but a great choice of bars and restaurants. Got to try out 20er Bar! Plenty of ski buses, about 8 mins to Fleckalbahn from centre of Kirchberg. Great skiing, lots of runs and lifts for all abilities. Near Kitzbuhel. Tobagon on Gaisberg was the highlight of the trip!

Kirchberg is a perfect place if you are more into skiing then after ski. It is a cozy little village, with enough restaurants to take you through a week. There are also some bars and afterski places, but if afterski and nightlife is important, Kirchberg may not be the right place.

Nice village, stretched along the main road. Easy access to slopes via skibus (Fleckalm, Maierl and Pengelstein9 Even Ki-West if you want to ski in Westendorf. Limited availability of restaurants, be reminded to book a few days in advance if you are a group larger 4 persons.

It's a nice little town, perfect to walk to restaurants from most hotels. Not overrun with loud holiday makers. A few really good restaurants. Would help to have a shuttle from train station to the various hotels as a taxi cost us €10 for a 5 minute drive. Was surprised to see no lift at the train station either, considering many people are there with ski equipment.

Less expensive and picturesque than its neighbor, Kitzbuhel however we found the shops more interesting and the selection of places to eat was fantastic. The people here are friendly and more down to earth than their more illustrious neighbors. As a skier there is more direct routes into the mountains from here than from Kitzbuhel. Having made the move here we have decided to stay in Kirchberg next year.

Very good family skiing destination with slopes that cater for all levels of proficiency. Big bonus of night time sled course as an alternative for families who aren't into the boozy, noisy apres ski scene.

It’s in a quiet neighbourhood about 10 minutes walk to the centre and 5 minutes to a lovely bakery. Its better connected for skiing than it looks on the map. In February we managed to ski back to very close to the apartment. There is a ski bus which picks up right outside the apartment at three times in the morning.
