We got an upgrade to a next door Hotel Kroneck. From a 3 star hotel to a 4 star hotel. I can’t say much about the Lifthotel. But in Kroneck we got an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen corner and 2 separate bathrooms. One with bath and the other one with a shower. Both hotels have a pool in the yard and playgrounds for kids.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. On arrival, the hotel staff was very helpful and informative (the staff was very friendly during the entire stay!). The food at this hotel was just amazing! The breakfast was versatile enough and the dinner was absolutely amazing. The hotel's wellness is also great, very well maintained, and spacious enough to not be overcrowded very quickly. Overall a really great stay which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for vacations around Kitzbuhel!

Very cozy! Everything you need is there. Owners are very friendly, polite and responsive. Many thanks for early breakfast :) There are a dog, two cats and rabbits. Kids liked them very much. This is a place we would like to come back.

Hotel bol pekný, zariadený super bazénom aj saunovým svetom, bolo čisto, príjemne. Raňajky super, večere polievka, výber z 3 druhov jedál (klasika, ryby, vegetarián) + detské menu, dezert a široký šalátový bufet. Obsluha v pohode, milí usmievavý personál. 1x v týždni grilovačka - super výber. Poloha hotela na okraji obce ale zato všetko nablízku. Lyžiareň v lete slúži na úschovu bicyklov, hotel má aj vlastnú požičovňu e-bike.
