We liked our hosts and their friendliness. Apartment was cozy and it had everything we needed. I would like to praise kitchen because it had lot of accessories and high quality dishwasher and fridge. Excellent wifi connection is also worth mentioning. We also liked radio and lighting. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

Lavant is a good place to stay for visiting the area. it's a little village just down the Lienzer Dolomiten. You can do hikes, MBT or riverside cycle or iron path. For climbing it isn't a really major place. there are some spots, but not memorable. Just few km away it is plenty of supermerkets and any kind of shops, but remember that in Austria all is closed after 19 and saturday. Even during summer. In my opinion the best places to stay nearby Lienz are Lavant and Amlach on the suth bank of the Drava.
