The location is good, there is a pizzeria right below the accommodation. The only supermarket (Spar) is also nearby. We have arrived later than usual check in time, however the host was informed about it and the room was waiting for us ready.

Room is simple but okay and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is really high quality like in hotels. Parking is free right there. We were skiing in Spital which is 15-20 minutes only. They have warm hangers for the boots as well. Stuff is very friendly, I can suggest staying here for a short period.
