The city is very nice, clean and offers a lot of possibilities (both for culture and nature) and good connection to Vienna and other beautiful places like Melk. We would love to come back. Our main complaint is that basically all supermarkets are closed on Sundays. Some of our favorite places were the Flederhaus and the Musik- und Kunstschule St. Pölten (see photos attached). Clean and big enough for 1 person room, mine was with double bed and balcony. Speaking for the bed... the bed was very comfortable and with vibration massage, never seen that in a hotel! Good parking about 50 meters from hotel. Option for having dinner, but I think I was lucky to arrive before 20 p.m. I would definitely use it again if I am in this area. The breakfast is basic, but sufficient. The hotel offers underground garage for their guests. Our room has air conditioning but it was working like ON and OFF, nothing in between so we could set the desired temperature up. The bar in the lobby was closed. The personnel speaks English.
