United StatesTheir breakfast was amazing! It included smoked salmon, great eggs, sausage, cheeses, yogurts, many kinds of fresh fruits including avocado, kiwi, watermelon etc. all in top quality. Despite being so close to the Vienna airport, I did not hear any airplanes. Plenty of parking space right next the hotel free of charge. They recommended great restaurant nearby for dinner. Fantastic value for your money.

Gateway to Coffee and Cake
Schwechat is a small city just inland from the lush southern banks of the Danube River and is home to Vienna International Airport. Fast trains, S-Bahn underground trains and buses connect the airport to the Austrian capital, so you can be enjoying coffee and cake in no time.
The A4 motorway links the airport to Vienna via Schwechat. Just off it is an oil refinery (one of the city’s main industries) which makes a much prettier sight than you might imagine when awash with bright lights at night. Nearby is the Schwechat Railway Museum and the Austrian Aviation Museum is also within the city.
The New Museum details the city’s heritage in a building overlooking Felmayergarten park. A few streets away is a river and another green space on the other side surrounds private Rothmühle Castle with its bulb-like towers. Kaiserebersdorf Castle is an even simpler structure and between them is the Schwechat Brewery which serves local beer alongside tasty delicacies.
In the countryside between the city centre and airport is a golf course, but despite all this, it’s the Schwechat accommodation that is the real draw. As well as airport hotels with shuttles, there are guest houses and apartments with parking that are cheaper alternatives to those in Vienna.

I had a 19 hour layover between connecting flights , and the hotel had the perfect location for this purpose . The room was big enough for 2 adults , the bathroom facilities were spacious and the beds were comfortable , therefore I was well rested the following morning .The dining room on the main floor served good quality food and tasted good , I chose the all you can eat buffet . I would definitely do this again the next time that I come Vienna !

"Schwechat" is the name of the Vienna airport, as well as...
"Schwechat" is the name of the Vienna airport, as well as the tiny community on the way to the airport as well as the district in which the airport is located. So I'm a bit confused as to why I'd review a place I only saw the name of which from the train? However, we did eat at "Wolfgang Puck" when we were in the airport on the day before our departure if that helps. It was good. Pricey (airport, hello!) but good.

Overall very good stay. Staff awesome! The shower should have a door as water ends up all over the bathroom floor. Should have a place to get something to eat in the evening.
Some repairs need to be done like bathroom outlet and shower light.

There is not much to see here and our booking was...
There is not much to see here and our booking was intentionally made here due to its proximity to the airport. If you have issues walking take a taxi. We took the train and walked around 1 km down past the OMV refinery complex and over the A4 to get there. Once we got there though it was a quaint little town or rather village. Streets were clean and flowers adorned may a window sill. Definitely my go-to place when I fly out of Vienna.

We had a layover in Vienna for 7 hours. We landed at 6am after an overnight flight so we had to book a room from the day before. The staff was super friendly and let us have a late check-out free of charge so we could sleep before our next flight. Very convenient that the hotel is basically at the airport, takes about 5 minutes to walk

I love the family atmosphere, how well-located it is in Schwechat- it's a short drive to the airport, and it's easy to get a taxi. Having said that, you can easily take a tram into Vienna if you want more time in the city.
It's always very clean.
The breakfast is delicious, varied and filling. Great value for money, highly recommend!

The hotel is close to Vienna airport and we spent the night before an early flight. Everything was fine, sleep quality was good. There was nothing extraordinary, but I would not expect that in a hotel where you just spend the night.
