The hospitality of the owners was exceptional—they made us feel right at home with their kindness and genuine care. The ambient was both cosy and warm, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the lifts (gondolas), making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring the area. The good food choice provided by the lovely family added to the charm of the experience. Their positive energy and dedication to their guests made our stay even more memorable. We recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay close to the slopes!

We stayed at one of the new buildings. It has very good Location. House cleaning is daily. View is good but not the greatest in the area. Easy check in ( late at night) and Easy check out process. It has washing / drying machines.

The hotel is truly amazing – very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It is a smart hotel, so most communication with the staff is done online, but we had the chance to meet them during breakfast. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who was exceptionally kind and took care of the room with the same attention as if she were cleaning her own home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in cannot recommend it highly enough. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's exceptional service. The menu featured a variety of delicious dishes, showcasing both local flavors and international cuisine.     Upon arrival we were given keys to an appartment that had not been cleaned at all. Had to spend the night in another appartment and move the next day to the one we were originally given. Not a great start to a holiday! Apartment was new and nice but already after few weeks of use there was a lot of dust under the beds, so cleaning is not at the level it should be. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Hotel seemed to be fully booked but it was very peaceful and quiet, so we enjoyed that.

    Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Lots of activities for children (game room, swimming pool). Washing machine and tumble dryer, detergent was offered by the hotel. Beautiful environment, hiking trails nearby.
