Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast, very stylish and modern hotel, with fresh design, comfortable rooms. We liked the common areas with card games, excellent waiter who served us during the evening hour. Kids very much liked the cartoons on the walls, including the garage, and the bunk bed. Special bonus were the electric vehicle chargers directly in the hotel's garage.

From the moment we were greeted at the reception desk to our check out, we received excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious with a fireplace, well appointed and there was a bucket of wine & macarons on the mantle when we arrived. Bathrooms are spacious and impeccably clean with soft linens and a well stocked mini bar with complimentary drinks. It is located steps away from a number of main attractions in the heart of Vienna. We were exceptionally impressed with the Leo Grand.

The room was bigger than I thought. Very comfortable bed, everything was super modern. Loved the USB charging ports. Very close to public transport and it is walkable to the city (though about 30 mins). The room was amazing. The food at the hotel was great too.

Located in an artsy neighbourhood of Vienna, I had expectations for this music/jazz theme hotel and it exceeded all of them! The beds are comfortable, I loved the bedroom swings and most of all, the vinyl player in the rooms - you can connect via Bluetooth, cable or rent the vinyls at the reception! Overall, the atmosphere was nice, they provide a free gym and sauna as well, the rooftop bar had great food, and I would definitely visit again if I get the chance!

    Perfect place to visit.

    Perfect place to visit. This city is full of history of art and music from 1500-20th centyry. Moreover the architectural structure of the buildings in all the town remindes the city of 1980-1990. There are also many kind of museos. And finally there is a very nice zoo nearby the schönbrunn palace , and a very nice aquarium in the city center. Anyone can go everywhere without spend many monet, by using metro, tram and trains.

    We visited many of the museums, which were excellent. I had seen the Leopold special exhibition in Seoul earlier this year, and it was great to actually visit the Leopold Museum. We were also very fortunate that we were in town when they had the Open Air Opera Concert at Burggarten. We had to wait in line for a long time but it was definitely worth it!

    Beautiful big city.

    Beautiful big city. Lots to do though it felt like the whole city shut down on the weekend. During the week we enjoyed great food and sight seeing, but most restaurants were closed for the weekend. We only spent three days in the city and should have probably planned a few more to truly enjoy it.

    Vienna is a wonderful city with a lot of history and things to see. For children I could recommend the Schonbrunn Zoo, and Haus des Meeres, the Natural History Museum, the Prater, and the city boat trip. If you are without kids, the sky is the limit, so to say. The city is extremely well organized, especially the public transport. It is quite clean, and people are polite and helpful. Most locals know English. The infrastructure for bicycles is quite extensive, if you consider renting. The local quisine is very good - sausages, schnitzel, ribs, knuckle, goulash etc. There is also very good Turkish/Mediterranean food, and quite a lot of Asian food. Italian food is not great - pastas and pizzas are most of the times tasty, but not authentically prepared. The parks and green spaces are very neat and clean, and overall the city is quite relaxing a place to spend some time.

    This is still my favourite city in the world, clean and bright and vibrant. The public transport system is excellent, making it easy for tourists to get around. The cultural scene is great, and there are many good restaurants and street cafes.

    I really liked the ambience overall, the hotel is situated in a small alley surrounded by historic buildings and next to a green inner courtyard. This makes it very quiet, which is unusual when staying in the city centre; the airport train station is a 6 minute walk away. The building itself is historical and gives this vibe, while the rooms are well renovated, very clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is on a terrace reaching into the small park and a very good restaurant with traditional Austrian dishes is in the same alley.

    LOCATION! I think this is hands-down the absolute best located hotel in Vienna's city centre! Everything - from landmarks, to restaurants and coffeeshops to shopping and more - is just around the corner. Yet the hotel room was super quiet, very modern, very new and fresh and with great amenities and very good space too! The lobby itself maintains its old, quaint vibes with their special lifts. The staff were also superb from the gentleman who helps you at arrival to check-in - everyone was great. Definitely staying here again.
