Offering free WiFi, Majestic Minima Hotel is located on cosmopolitan Melbourne Street in the heart of North Adelaide. Fantastic Bed, Fantastic location, Helpful friendly staff, Proper full size working clean iron.
We were there for the atmosphere around the bike tours (the womens and mens events) - and it didn't disappoint, as there were lots of cyclists around, and we even saw many of the professional teams during our own pootling around the beaches on our own bikes. Favourite places - any of the beaches between Seacliff and Glenelg. We often went to the Central Market (my favourite is the Atlas Cafe, and my wife loves Le Souk). Travel by bike is easy in Adelaide, but public transport is pretty good too.
We stayed at the Oak Plaza in Glenelg and it was fantastic. The position was perfect and our apartment was great. It is very close to the airport so a cheap taxi ride. Adelaide is a beautiful city and very easy to get around both on public transport and by car. There is so much to see and do - we cant wait to go back and would definitely go back to The Oak in Glenelg. We took a drive out to Port Willunga to a restaurant called Star of Greece - it is about an hour from Adelaide by car and well worth the effort. Victor Habour is also a great spot and a very easy drive from Adelaide. The Adelaide hills are beautiful with lots of restaurants and things to see. The wine areas of course speak for themselves and are a must to visit.
Nice city, easy to read the map And a lot of city park every corner of city. The Mrt is free, for everyone!!! 😊 A lot of good restaurants or bar to try. A week is enough to explore the Adelaide.
I just love our capital city, it is one of the best cities in Australia, have nothing negative to say about it. The eateries are fantastic, and it is an easy city to walk around, it has wonderful parks. The only thing I was disappointed about was that Central Market was not open 😢😊🍷
There are a couple of things I'd recommend everyone see in the city centre, Rundle Mall being the main one, but next trip I plan to see much more of outer areas. This is a beautiful city and I'd love to spend a lot more time here. The historical aspects of Adelaide are present on every corner, but the city is for party goers when the night falls and it gets very busy, very loud and pretty unpleasant. There are plenty of food options, including a wide selection of multicultural restaurants, if you're spending time around the city centre, walking us the best option as it's quite small, but there are busses and trains a plenty.
Great attractions in Adelaide with MOD., South Australian Museum and Adelaide Zoo being firm favourites. Hahndorf is always a great day out as well. Public transport and great signage mean you can walk to almost everything if you stay in the heart of the city. What’s not to like about Adelaide?

Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized spotlessly clean rooms. Nice comfy beds and GOOD pillows. Quiet and working aircon, good shower and lots of storage. Its basic and nothing fancy but its a great price and great value for money for both comfort and location. So close to free city tram stop and a walkable distance to CBD. Restaurant precinct close by. My 87yr old Mum and I enjoyed our stay and came back for a 2nd stay before flying home as it had everything we needed for our visit to Adelaide.

I liked the modern luxurious feel of the hotel room itself, it was very spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is brilliant for a outer city stay with only a short commute to the CBD. The room was impeccably clean and had a real touch of luxury. Check in was seamless and they accommodated me with an early check in as requested. Parking was easy I was lucky to park directly in front of my room. Would stay here again

The property was clean and spacious. The restaurants around were less than a five minute walk and there was plenty to choose from. Tea & coffee facilities only were available in the room but with so many food options around breakfast is not a concern The free connector bus into the Adelaide CBD was less than a two minute walk away at the end of the street. Cathedral hotel and the Adelaide Oval are only a 10 minute walk down the hill.

We loved staying at the Stamford Plaza. Staff were amazing and only too pleased to help. The room was quite spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. There were so many different eating options you almost needn't leave the hotel, but it is so close to a number of eateries as well as the free tram and city loop bus services (only a few minutes from the hotel's entrance), that the whole of Adelaide CBD is readily available to you.

Love it, ive been going to the Links for 18yrs. we stay every time we go to Adelaide. Good people, good tucka, safe place for children. It's cheap and comfortable but not crappy, even the local patrons are friendly and show your room key and get 25% off your meals. It is away from the city but not a million miles. OTR on one side for snacks, BWS on the other for booze, a pizzeria and a Chinese takeaway over the road.

Excellent place to stay in Adelaide CBD. Good Pubs, clubs and restaurants are just a stone’s throw away. Excellent location. There’s a Subway and McDonnell just opposite and if you like indian food theres a good Indian restaurant within a very very short distance. Rundell mall and shopping outlets are nearby. We had 4 nights stay and it was perfect.
