I was there for a particular event and everything was great except for the cold weather. It was easy to get from the airport to the city. Trains were comfortable and the city centre with the mall pleasant. Would love to stay a day longer to see some sights.

Food was good, plenty of choice in close proximity.

Food was good, plenty of choice in close proximity. plenty of historical places, some nice ole colonial architecture. Parks & layout are terrific. Botanical Gardens are magnificent with plenty of botanical variety & experiences. Zoo is always worthwhile, well kept with well informed volunteers & staff. Broad spectrum of sports facilities. Plenty of good gyms I think this city has "come of age" with plenty to offer all travellers.

Adelaide is a great place for relaxation and exploration of nature. The city is very chill. The July winter weather is very refreshing and we loved the fresh air, blue sky, warm sun during the day. Public transport is convenient - even to towns. Definitely recommend taking the advantage of their free bus services as they can get you to most of the landmarks with in the CBD. However, I would recommend to get a rental car if you want to visit farms and vineyards. The Adelaide Central market has so many stores and it is definitely a MUST VISIT spot - lots of food options, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Sunset by the beach (we went to Glenelg) was beautiful too. There are different beaches but we only visited one.

I love Adelaide lots of things to do, especially in the holidays, tram rides to Glenelg for lunch and shopping and beaches. Lovely places to have coffee and enjoy all the great Parkes surrounding the city. Great live shows, bands and plenty of entertainment if wanted or lovely quiet areas. It has a lot to offer if you like country drives, wineries, and lovely places to eat in the hills only a short drive from the city. Beaches are some of the best. Central market has great such a superb array of food it’s hard to choose.

Adelaide city isn't anything too amazingly different if you've visited other Aussie capital cities. The usual assortment of good food, cool buildings, nice bars. I would spend 1-2 days exploring the city but if you're into historical sites and museums you would probably find a lot more to do. The roads weren't in the best shape but traffic was better than Melbourne and we got to most places OK by car. The interesting areas in my opinion are the 3 wine regions nearby - Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, and Barossa. If you like winery crawls, I'd recommend you stay in the region for a night or two as there's so so many places to visit. Awesome distilleries and wineries, especially recommend D'Arenberg (funky wine & art gallery place with great views), Dandelion Vineyards (very instagram-able place it's just beautiful, their tastings are paired with food, with 3 different options/levels), FINO for lunch (shared tasting plates), Never Never (very large selection of gins, with food options nearby) and Charles Melton (family winery with a comfy & casual feel, there's friendly people, dogs and cat that may sit in your lap as you sip).

The room was by far better than any other CBD hotel in Adelaide due to the view, room size and fit out. I stayed with a girlfriend and we had so much room, plenty of space to chill out and drink wine whilst looking over the River Torrens and Adelaide Oval. The staff at EOS are amazing, their eagerness to help, please and ensure you have a wonderful stay is so noticeable. We were nothing less than highly impressed. thank you!

This property is Adelaide CBD and a walk to Rundle Mall and Central markets. Also close to free bus service around the city which takes you down to the Torrens River and Botanical Gardens. Treasury 1860 is the restaurant within Adina apartments which is very good indeed. if this is a bit exxy they also have a bar menu. There is a very pretty courtyard that is in the centre of these apartments.

A small, simple hotel but has everything you need. The location is far enough out of the CBD to be quiet but close enough to walk everywhere. We were able to walk to all the venues for te Adelaide Festival.
