The staff are so lovely and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had at any hotel anywhere ever. Even my 6 year old loves to stay especially for the pancakes and perfectly poached eggs. The indoor pool, spa, steam room and sauna are open until late allowing for some relaxation for adults and fun for kids before bed and even in winter it's warm. The rooms are cosy and inviting. We loved getting to relax in the spa after a long busy day. We loved the morning rise and sun set from the beautiful view of the lake and the ocean on the other side.
