The room was really nice and super clean, good AC. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage there for three nights. The pool was super nice as well.

Conveniently located, the property is lovely - perhaps the best in the area. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Great onsite dining and shopping options for the Uluru experience!

Uluru and the Red Centre have to be seen to be believed.

Uluru and the Red Centre have to be seen to be believed. Yulara resort is extremely well set up to help visitors make the most of their time. We had a car but there are plenty of other options for getting around. A variety of venues available for food and beverages.

It is a unique and special location ..and a truly beautiful one. It was our first experience of the red centre and I was struck by the beauty of the landscape particularly in the soft light of dawn and sunset and the stillness …and a big night sky I hadn’t ever experienced before. There really is a Milky Way !!

Great place to experience, to see Uluru and walk around it and learn about its importance to the traditional owners. Went out to the Olga’s and saw the sunrise over Uluru, it was spectacular. Enjoyed some great walks. Fabulous tour guide, very knowleable.it is worth getting a tour guide rather than doing it yourself.

    A trip of a lifetime!

A trip of a lifetime! We especially enjoyed the BBQ dinner and Star Gazing excursion out at Uluru! I've never seen so many stars! The Milky Way and two other galaxies all with the naked eye! I'm so glad we made the trip.

We had perfect weather had just rained so left us with some lovely green scenery. Weather was perfect. A little hassle with flies so need a net for face. Need a rental car to get around to see all sites. Just the experience of being there was magical. Day and night with the night sky as something unreal.

Ayers Rock was a bucket list destination.

Ayers Rock was a bucket list destination. I have now scratched that itch. It was OK but don't feel the need to ever return. Sadly it rained the two days we were there - (most unusual), which kept the flies at bay but didn't really allow us to make the most of our time there. It is beautiful and I think has to be done if you are able, but two days is more than enough unless you are able to get out there and do some walking

Location was great. Just walked out the back of the property and I was at the Town Square with cafe's, shops and the supermarket. Within an easy walk to the other resort properties too. My room overlooked the pool and once inside my room could not hear any noise from the kids in the pool at all. Not that they made much noise anyway. Note that reception hours are 8am until 4.30pm but you can check in via Sails on the Desert which is a short walk away.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Desert Garden Hotel, especially thanks to the professionalism and warm hospitality of the staff—Bill, the bartender from Fiji, Stefano from Italy, and our waitress Valentina from Argentina. They all went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. The meals at both restaurants were excellent, with the only exception being the poke bowl, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The rooms were actually quite nice and better than you might expect, large and tidy and with a good AC and shower. The breakfast buffet was excellent (although quite expensive) and we all enjoyed the pool. Getting into the main village was actually quite easy with the free shuttle bus. You definitely pay a premium price as there’s not a lot of options in Uluru but I’d say the Outback hotel is maybe the best value of all options.

Large hotel with multiple restaurants to choose from, staff were so helpful on arrival providing a map to the area. Free shuttle service (although easy walking distance around the area) and activities picked you up right outside reception. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our favourite thing was the artist Heather Duff in the lobby painting her gorgeous artwork, which we bought to remember the most amazing place & holiday!

4 beds private room fulfils our expectation. Location is good (as for other few hotels in Ayers Rock) but with much lower price and nothing is missing what you need for your stay. Big plus is washing machines so you can wash your clothes whenever you want. Definitely would stay again in this Lodge.
