Just over an hour's drive from Brisbane, this place is a real gem. We were very happy to have the self-contained cottage all to ourselves. There's everything you need - kitchen, laundry, sleeping area separated from the living space, and a fireplace to warm up the cottage. Harry was easily contactable but we didn't need to bother him as everything was provided for. Coolie (?) the proptery guardian dog was laid-back and friendly, he even came to join us once for breakfast. We receive a small loaf of home-baked bread and a bowl of fruit salad in the red bread box every morning. When we arrived, the fridge was already stocked with orange juice, milk, butter and cereals :) The bed and sheets were surprisingly comfortable (a big plus for us). There is even a washing machine and a drying rack for those staying a few days more. The B&B is about a 5 minute drive from Boonah centre.

17 miles from Border Ranges National Park, the vacation home provides a garden and a bar. There's an outdoor fireplace and guests can use free Wifi and free private parking.

The location photo did not do it justice. we thought it would be ahouse sitting on a block of grass next to the highway. It is a lovely enviroment and quiet. the instance we walked in the house we felt a sense of ease and relaxation. very tastefully renovated with wonderful kitchen facilities. Location fantastic for accessing Mt Barney and other walking areas. We will be back!

The cottages are amazing. Very spacious, fully equipped with a small kitchenette and fridge, clean, had A/C and a beautiful morning view. It was a very peaceful place to stay in. The Wifi was pretty good and helped me a lot because there is no reception once you get there. I could easily upload images as well as stream movies.
