We were attending a function at the Marina, so location was perfect, being able to park out the front a huge bonus, and getting into our room before checking was so helpful. Room was very tastefully decored. It was a great experience and will definitely be back.

Without doubt, the perfect place for us to stay when visiting our family. 10 mins walk to the brilliant Lakeside Shopping Mall, the superbly integrated train and bus connections to everywhere in Perth Metropolitan Area as well as the beautiful, natural walking areas around Joondalup Lake . There was absolutely everything we needed in our comfortable, well set up studio apartment: complementary washing up liquid/ drying towels/milk/shower room necessities were replaced daily by the superb housekeeping team. Reception staff were SO helpful, friendly and available if we ever needed anything. We'll definitely be back!

Comfy bed, good size room, massive clean kitchen with all equipment provided, continental breakfast. We were only there 1 night so unfortunately did not have time to use the pool, jacuzzi, cinema room or snooker table! But it looked amazing!

    Very dirty, looked as if it was not functional on arrival, small room, towels very thin, hardly any toilet paper. No coffee or milk , shower broken, bed was horrible and doona was too small for the bed. Bedhead moved with the slightest movement on the bed.Outside table rusted and only 1 chair. Dust and sand, spider webs with a big black spider on the sliding door. Communal kitchen absolutely filthy. Secure parking way too small, staff not around to speak to, Very noisy.
