It was close to many other venues and getting there was simple. Really nothing bad to say at all, we really enjoyed it and it for something of that size it had a lot in it.

Lovely getaway location with lots to do! The Gallery Walk was excellent shopping and a few great distilleries to visit as well. We did Waterfall Walks, had delicious coffee and had plenty of eating out options. Can highly recommend 'Three Little Pigs' for dinner!

Perfect place for couples. Romantic environment to celebrate a special date. We were surprised at how they take care of everything that you need. They left the ingredients to cook a complete and delicious breakfast.

Plenty to see and do but a lot of people in the main...
Plenty to see and do but a lot of people in the main shopping area over weekends. Best to stay during week. Accommodation also generally lower cost. A lot of winding roads but magnificent forest scenery - trees, native plants water falls, botanic garden and magnificent scenery from various sites. The tourist shopping is excellent and there are many restaurants,, cafes etc. Also other industries e.g. wine, liqueurs, cheese, crafts, fudge/chocolate etc.

Very friendly young staff. We were very impressed, nothing was too much. Especially at the moment with the new QRCode and the confusion with some peoples phones. Every night someone would be at the entrance advising guests and trying to make it as easy as possible.

The hotel has great views, and the food, once we got it, was good. Staff were all friendly but very disorganised and not much sense of customer service :( We stayed one night and wanted a beer, and a bed, which we got, and for the price its reasonable. The hotel could use a bit of love and an update! - our room had the spa bath which was great, but the bed was two singles pushed together, the chairs were positioned right under the tv, which was TINY for the size room, it was accomodating but far from luxurious or relaxing

If you have food allergies or restrictions you are going to struggle to find food without making it yourself. Do the zip line at thunderbird park skip the skywalk. There are plenty of free forest walks ask the locals they know the best ones to do. I wish I had found fountain of juice earlier!!
