The hotel staff were all warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The ambiance and decor of the whole hotel was gorgeous and our room was beautiful with Juliet balcony with a water view. The bed and bedding was luxurious as were the towels, robes and toiletries. The extra touches of Nespresso coffee maker, complimentary water and soft drinks and little packets of chips were appreciated. The breakfast was delicious too!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and pleasant. There was a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. We had our own assigned parking space. The apartment was in walking distance to the restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and beach. Also, we were just a short walk from the Killer Whale Museum. Additionally, the apartment and town were centrally located between the north and south sections of Ben Boyd National Park. Cynthia, the manager, was most helpful with local information and directions.

Top location with friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious with a twin bed and a double bed. Continental breakfast was provided. Great value for the price of the accommodation. I asked about the possibility of an earlier check-in, and the reception sent me a text message asking for my time of arrival to ensure my key was ready. When I arrived before 1 pm, Kim was very friendly, she explained to me that they had been very busy with a big group who stayed there and asked me to return around 1.45 pm. I returned after 2pm and my room was ready. We had our breakfast in the spacious and comfortable restaurant in the morning before checking out.

Everything was perfect! The tiny house was an amazing cabin enough for a family of 3 or 4. I never thought it’s a 2br cabin. Everything we needed is inside the cabin, location is just infront of the beach. I couldn’t think of a perfect holiday place. The great thing is, we don’t have wifi and no phone signal inside the cabin so my family and i spent quality time together having movie night. Another good thing about the property is the accessible restaurant just a few meter walk at the Seahorse Inn. Staff were super nice, very accommodating. If we have to pass by Eden again, will definitely choose to stay there again.

    I absolutely adored Eden, as I always do.

    I absolutely adored Eden, as I always do. I thoughly enjoyed the Great southern hotel for meals and their fantastic customer service. Sam and Dean were fantastic managers of this happy hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever been to and the customer service brilliant as I mentioned. Checked out the usual spots such as the marina, and all the usual touristy spots. I have to say the ocean pool at Aslings Beach was the highlight with the beautiful and fascinating geology, especially the rock colors. I love Eden and defiantly enjoyed my time there. Eden is a great place to rest and relax.

    Eden remains a little country town that is quiet and quaint.

    Eden remains a little country town that is quiet and quaint. Water on both sides of town allow incredible view just walking up the Main Street. The town has all the necessary shops albeit on a smaller scale. The recently renovated pubs are welcoming with good food with one having live music. The perfect town for a restful stay and no crowds

    Eden is a great place to stop for a few nights on the coastal drive along the coast from Sydney to Melbourne. It's also close to Merimbula, which is also a very nice town. The Sapphire Coast is really wonderful, tranquil and relaxing with some great secluded beaches. Highly recommended.

    It's not the best family holiday with kids.

    It's not the best family holiday with kids. Great for older or singles as not a lot to do for kids. Cannot do a lot without a vehicle, so that makes it difficult. We went to Boyd's lighthouse and the lighthouse. Visitors need to realise they have to book for tours. But these places were nice. Just an exceptional amount of time in the car to get to these places. The whale museum was great and very educational. Worth visiting. Dinner at the club was okay, wouldn't say I would return. Need a little booklet to tell visitors what is around the area worth looking at. The whale museum was awesome, and I recommed to everyone. Cafes at top of the main street were fantastic, as was the fish and chip shop.

    We loved this place.

    We loved this place. Units were clean, well equipped, close to playground, pool and beach. The main bedroom was a little squishy. Not much room around the bed. We cooked our own meals. Coles in Eden was about 10km away

    The location is excellent, right near the shopping street, making it very convenient. It’s just a few minutes' drive to the beach and attractions. The room is cozy and well-equipped, and I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchenware was all new. There were no strange odors or mustiness in the room, which is rare for a seaside hotel. The staff were friendly and enthusiastically provided us with recommendations for activities. If I come to Eden again, I would choose this hotel.

    Our stay at Eden Hotel was excellent and the room was very clean. My husband had his best nights sleep in a long time from sleeping on the comfy mattress. Even in the bathroom the rain head shower temperature was just right, nice and hot. We were even spoiled with soft fluffy towels and not just the standard white however emerald green. The kitchen was well equipped and the wi-fi connection was nice and strong. We will be recommending this Hotel to our family and friends!
