This accomodation has dated decor, but it’s very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Such great value for money in this location. Eltham town is close , with huge range of shops, and lovely coffee shops.

I found the bathroom to be unsafe. The shower door was jammed which made getting in and out difficult. There was a slight step down into the shower which I found difficult as U have a slight mobility issue and I was afraid of slipping. A grab rail and/ or a rubber showere mat would helpfairman - 8.0

Very Value for money - given the customer service, the location and the comforts of the room. The Hillview room was incredible and nothing short of luxury. Absolutely worth it! It’s our 3rd stay when visiting my Daughter who lives in Eltham and it was fantastic so looking forward to our next stay at the Hotel. Great service and renovated rooms, really can’t expect more.Australia - 8.0

We just needed a place to stay for a night before heading back to the country. The price was good. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was a bit ordinary but adequate. Not a motel you would choose as a special treat but more for practical purposes.
