Lovely Villa close to Fingal Bay beach, has everything needed for a family holiday! No wifi though, but perfect as we were always out and about. Recommended for a family holiday.👍👍LJ Hooker Nelson Bay, staff were fantastic! Easiest check in and check out. 10 mins to patrolled Surf beach 7 mins drive to Nelson Bay. Kids had a ball. Highly recommend these Villas for a budget friendly hassle free holiday, best 10 days holiday we've had for a long time. No WiFi, so the kids learned to entertain themselves!
Whale Tales' 78 Lentara Street - FANTASTIC WATER VIEWS OVER FINGAL BEACH enjoys a location in Fingal Bay, just 1.4 miles from Wreck Beach and 1.6 miles from Shoal Bay Beach. Lovely beach house with great views and location. Spacious living areas with games and books. I would stay there again.
Complete with barbecue facilities, Market Street, 13, The Beach House is located in Fingal Bay, 1.3 miles from Box Beach and 1.7 miles from Wreck Beach. This house was a lot more stunning than it seemed in the pictures.Very modern and very chic. The deck and the huge backyard were our favourites. There was even a small sandpit, which the kids loved. The kitchen was one of the most well-stocked I've ever seen. Lots of board games, Netflix and Disney made sure no-one was bored during one of the rainy days. Ideal location - a very short walk to the white sandy beach of Fingal Bay and a convenience store just across the road. The dealing with Winning Holidays was also very smooth. I would love to return in the summers!
What we like most was; the beach, fishing, 'the spit', the coffees, the close vicinity of all the facilities of Nelson's Bay; e.g. Holberts Oyster, Authentic Thai, Two Bob's Bakery, the walk at Tomaree headland, the Country Club and Shoal Bay, just to name a few.
Fingal bay was beautiful And alway is such a beautiful part of NSW But The accommodation where we stayed Fingal Sand and surf! Was not worth the $7300 for 6 nights such a rip off we left a day early considering mosquitoes everywhere, No A/C. No curtains. bad smell though out house, Cobwebs where. Clothes line had cobwebs everywhere so couldn’t use it, No dryer, Couldn’t open veranda sliding doors, house very hot even though out side temp wasn’t to bad. No pool. Would not recommend anyone to stay there!
Fingal Bay Beach is beautiful and is situated within a number of places to visit for swimming and relaxing. We enjoyed having a drink at the nearby clubs where the atmosphere was friendly and laid back. I can see why people want to retire here. We chose this time of year (mid November) to avoid school holidays and this worked out well for us. It wasn't too busy with traffic and crowds.
A beautiful area. So much to see and do. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. Customer service was excellent considering it was a very busy weekend. Parking wasn't easy but we finally found a spot after about 10min.
The accommodation was very close to the Saltwater Restaurant, which was very convenient for us. The Cafe next door to the restaurant was excellent for us too, as we had breakfast there on two occasions.
A beautiful, quiet seaside town. Lovely beach and many more nearby. The surf club is great for breakfast and the adjacent resturant is good for dinner. Close to Nelson Bay, meaning anything else you may need is close by. Port Stephens has a lot to offer, including dolphin and whale watching cruises. Also less than two hours from world class Hunter Valley wineries.
Very beautifully furnished home and so spacious with lots of room for all the family either together or relaxing with a book on your own in a quiet spot. The outdoor patio area was wonderful for the family to get together for a bbq with friends. The Jacuzzi was a bonus at night to relax our tired bodies.
Fantastic location, right across the road to the beach. Very comfortable, spacious and clean unit. Nice heated pool. Helpful friendly staff
