Peaceful, Quiet and so close to the beach! is located in Fingal Bay. Set 1.5 mi from Box Beach, the property offers barbecue facilities and free private parking. The villa is fitted with a TV. It was clean, tidy and everything that was said about the property was correct and portrayed the reality there. We even had to wake up a property manager because it was a tiny bit difficult to find the place in the dark at midnight but everyone was understanding, very kind and very accommodating. We would surely go back there, it was a lovely place, perfect for a family, perfect for a couple as well. Thank you, everyone involved. Customer service by this agency in Port Stephens including the security personnel who passed on our key was exquisite. I’d also like to mention Tristan, who helped us with all of our enquiries before and after our stay, he’s been a delight to work with and has been very informative and very polite, represented the company really beautifully. If we move to Port Stephens one day, I think this company will be the first agency for us to contact for a new home! :D We really liked everything but for future guests - just a simple suggestion - maybe putting a note on the key envelope to say number 5 Crystal Close is NoT in 4-6 crystal close complex but on the RSL homes side would help avoid mistakes (there is a number 5 in crystal close but that wasn’t our place 😝) Extra apologies to the lovely property manager we had to call at midnight!!!! You are a good man to keep calm and helpful!!! Thank you for everything again, it was beautiful.

A beautiful, quiet seaside town. Lovely beach and many more nearby. The surf club is great for breakfast and the adjacent resturant is good for dinner. Close to Nelson Bay, meaning anything else you may need is close by. Port Stephens has a lot to offer, including dolphin and whale watching cruises. Also less than two hours from world class Hunter Valley wineries.
Fingal Bay is a quiet picturesque place, unspoiled by commercialism. Easy access to Shoal Bay, Nelson Bay - which means access to more eateries, shopping . We ate at the beautiful restaurant just a short walk across from accommodation. Excellent restaurant and great staff. Other times ate at Sports Club (takeaway); sometimes at Shoal Bay or Nelson Bay.High marks for all of them. Fingal Bay is filled with unbelievably friendly people !
The house is well appointed, family friendly, with gorgeous decor which is both functional & beach chic. 2 bathrooms makes after beach cleans easy. Sleeps 10 very comfortably. The reception areas make the most of the space & views. The adults & kids loved it. Cheese & wine on the terrace, sorting shells with the kids while watching the sun going down over the water. Nothing beats that. Close to the beach & walks. Coffee at the beach cafe, splurge at Saltwater restaurant, well worth it. We will most definitely return. Mark
Beach was great. Great walks through national park. Convenient to Nelson Bay Shops. Longboat cafe is expensive and the food does not match the pricing. Beware the lambs fry - it comes with blood pooling on the gravy like an oil slick. Make sure you ask for well done! The sport/fisherman’s club isn’t much chop either. Best food I had was at Seabreeze hotel, and blueys Nelson Bay.
Fingal Bay is a gem. Not as busy at this time of year as Nelson Bay which is the most visited part of NSW coast each year. You still have all the amenities fishing, watching, shopping, food... all in a short space of time in Nelson Bay. Nelson Bay is like work- Fingal Bay is like going home after work LOL Fingal is quieter more family orientated. The Beach is OMGOSH beautiful to walk on and the scenery is just gorgeous. It changes every day. If you want to get away, Fingal Bay is not a night club, it is what it is... a place to hide and read/bike/walk/gaze/sleep and a place to recharge your mojo. The Surf club caffe has fab coffee and a menu that would please anyone, especially me. Its not cheap but the array and helpings are phenomenal. The little fish and chip shop just down in the Village centre has excellent bacon and egg rolls, well done girls!
Great winter escape with plenty of activities such as ferry ride to Tea Gardens (with bonus dolphin sightings), camel rides (good value at $35 for a 20 minute ride) and numerous locations for whale watching (bring binoculars).
