We had an absolutely fantastic stay at North Point Motel Apartments! The cleanliness was exceptional – everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The attention to detail in keeping the rooms immaculate truly stood out. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their warm hospitality made a lasting impression and made us feel valued as a guest. We highly recommend North Point Motel Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. We’ll definitely be back! 5 stars all the way!

    Exceptional, clean well equipped room. Huge comfortable bed, definitely a bonus. The motel is lovely and Cheryl’s service is warm and friendly. Stopping here albeit very short was so easy and hassle free, we definitely will stay here again.

    For the price it was not good value.

    For the price it was not good value. It was not very clean and smelt like dog. It was showing its age and needing repairs. No cancellation policy, no refunds is a total rip off. If you cancel they keep your whole booking cost and then book it again. Double dipping. Not right. If you cannot get there, Request a refund and if they say no, ask for a change of date, don’t cancel. Just do a no show. Leave it sit empty. It was a quiet location, that’s the only positive.

    Great cottage for couples or smaller families. Peaceful, private, well appointed, clean and fresh, comforts of home including electric blankets and heaters. Nice location, 10 mins from Toowoomba, few minutes to Highfields township, 30+ mins to Crows Nest and Ravensbourne National parks. End of the street is Highfields Reserve, a drawcard for bird watchers and pleasant, easy walks. Enjoyed the bonus small welcome pantry items including fruit.

    Every time I stay at Highfields motel I am happy with the cleanliness, the staff are great and very friendly, even the cleaners are lovely and have a professional but relaxed way about them. I have never eaten at the restaurant but that will be for next time. The location is really handy as there is a duel station, KFC on either side, only 4 minutes from the main Highfields shops and tavern and the scenery is also beautiful.

    The location was fantastic. Just the right distance outside of Toowoomba to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Highfields. The cottage was beautiful and very well kept, the bird feeder out front was great (partner and I love birds). Excellent facilities.
