Kings Canyon
Located in Kings Canyon, Kings Creek Station provides accommodations with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with an outdoor swimming pool. Loved our trip to Kings Creek Station! An outback experience with class!
Stayed in one of the tents was something different but was very good ,very good meals ,excellent amenities [ kitchen room .toilets and showers also very clean] Very good cooked breakfast also supplied Overall a excellent place to stay last but not the least the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Would recommend this place for anyone to stay, THIS REVIEW IS FOR KINGS CREEK STATION HOPE THIS IN THE RIGHT PLACE,
The Rim Walk was magnificient. It is a must do. We ate in at Kings Creek Station. Althouigh limited menu, it is sufficient for a few nights stay - and well worth trying ytheir camel burger. They also provide a hearty buffet breakfast.
Kings Canyon is one of Australia’s hidden gem and will highly recommend trekking to the wonderful rock formation. The walking track is easy to navigate with the help of the easy to find signs. Very grateful and proud that this natural wonder could be available for anyone to visit.
Beautiful scenery steeped in culture and history. The rim walk, for me, was very challenging even with my hiking poles however I have no regrets. Take time to stop and listen to the wind and the birds and feel the energy around you.
Amazing scenery. Whilst the beginning was very challenging, particularly with a fear of heights, so glad I persevered as the walk itself was wonderful and not too challenging. Worth detouring to the Garden of Eden. Very impressed with the work done to create paths, steps to aid walkers. An incredible experience.
Restaurants closed only 1 available Poor choice of food and not everything on menu available ie they ran out of chips!! And salad. Pool was dirty and when we asked for net to trawl bugs out after we’d been swimming - we were told we shouldn’t be in pool - no communication or sign to that effect. Told we could use campsite pool BUT we paid for resort and definately NOT campsite prices ! Asked several times to spk to manager who was conspicuous by absence. Told we couldn’t have fried egg for Bfast only scrambled available !! Fawlty towers would have been vast improvement - Excuse was always “this is outback” but that is NOT an excuse for bad service and management and rooms were clearly not cleaned in recent times ie cobwebs & dust.
Kings Canyon
Restaurant under renovation. Food options disappointing. Everything else excellent
