The 5-star Retreat at Froog Moore Park boasts large uniquely decorated rooms, a spacious lounge area, free NBN WiFi throughout and picturesque gardens. The owner operator Sandy and Peter are passionate with outstanding professionalism in their operations. I was made to feel welcome the moment I arrived. The premises are spotlessly cleaned. The room I was in was spacious. The shower was amazing. The bed and suitable soft pillows comfortably sending me sleepy signals as soon as I was ready to sleep. The garden was fun and exciting to explore. Peter showed me around the garden identifying the plants and vegetables he had planted over the years. Sandy’s welcoming smile, Peter’s professional and attentive hospitality are all part of staying at The Retreat, Froog Moore Park. Sandy is also the chef at The Retreat. The slow cooked beef brisket is simply amazing. It was like a warm blanket for my stomach. My breakfast was Sandy’s Poached Pears, yogurt and toasted muesli with honey and coffee. After a long day of traveling over 700km on a motorcycle I felt almost emotional after tasting Sandy’s meals. I do not normally pass through Tamworth, but In my future motorcycle adventures I will make an effort to stop here for abit of self indulgent.

Apartment was huge and fully equipped with everything you could imagine. Fridge, stove, vaccum cleaner, washing machine, utensil. This made our stay very pleasant and convenient. ,
