Manjimup is a hidden gem in the Southern Forests region of Western Australia. There is so much to see and do, with some fabulous wineries and restaurants being the icing on the cake. The scenery is amazing, the forests incredible and the drive picturesque. There were 61 photos on your booking site, but nearly all were of rooms very different from the one we were allotted. We had a tiny room with a very uncomfortable bed. If there were better rooms available, it was not clear to us. Your booking description for this site needs to be revised.
My trip on this occasion was of a personal nature not a holiday, however there are many places of interest to visit, if you are travelling through this area. I grew up in this region and know that there are many attractions here.
Good entertainment at Timber Park area including café, souvenirs and advice. Children of all ages will find their day well spent... This a small, friendly town with all facilities at your fingertips.
Surprisingly more there to do than we expected! The Heritage Park provides great facilities for children plus walking tours and two museums - excellent!! The various train tracks have been converted to bike paths - lots of riding or walking to local Mill towns etc. Food was terrific - the Park cafe, Southern Roasters, Tall Timber’s (bar, cafe, tasting, restaurant) and Sooma (fantastic restaurant). That’s just in town - lots more in the local forests and towns.
Manjimup is a quiet and small city located about a 20-minute drive from Pemberton. There are a lot of national parks—a good place for hiking in the forest among giant karri trees. It is also famous for truffles. When it's a truffle season ( June -August) you can taste fresh truffles.
There is no breakfast supplied either continental or cooked in rooms. The first night we were put in an completely unsuitable room which when we complained ,were upgraded to a lovely room . The staff at he hotel were very friendly and helpful. We had our dinner each night at the Hotel and can't speak highly enough of it.

The breakfast was amazing. I had corn and bacon fritters with a poached freshly laid egg with home made beetroot relish. Location was a little out of Manjimup town but was so peaceful, waking to the sounds of birds chirping. Chris was an incredible host, made us feel at home with her little pooch Lola.
