I liked how central it is and a walking distance to some sites around CBD. If not a fan of walking, it is very close to a team stop, just a stone-throw away. Great communication when I was trying to arrange a late check.in time. The room was clean with great views to the mountain and city.

Great location two blocks from the tram station, close to The Ghan station and near some lovely gardens. Lovely, clean room. Extremely helpful staff. Had we not been told about the Christmas Pageant the following day, we would not have known about the road closures and would not have been able to return our car on time. Bruce took the initiative to warn us about the closures and suggest an alternate route we might use. We rode the tram downtown, discovered the location of the Avis office, and decided to return our car the night before. Bruce’s help allowed us to enjoy the following day stress-free and make it to The Ghan on time.
