Southbank suited our stay. We could walk everywhere. We used a taxi to and from the airport and to the Museum (Star Wars Exhibition) in the CBD. Fabulous restaurants and the best Casino I have been in the Southern Hemisphere. You have to be an Australian to be able to play the pokies. Poker tables and other games you need your passport to register.

The artwork extends from street art to every building becoming a piece of art with the way it’s designed and built.
The Tram system is easy to use and free for the cbd.
The city isn’t super child friendly but there are some pretty cool activities to do with them.
Melbourne zoo was amazing.

I came from Melbourne originally but after 30+ years away shopping places have grown , traffic seems to flow in an orderly manner, the raised tram platforms are a safer improvement free trams in city are great for older people disappointed to see the GPO gone turned into shops when I needed a post office to recharge phone.

I loved Melbourne; the food and coffee scene was great. Getting around the city is very easy, as it is quite walkable, and public transportation is easy to navigate. I would highly recommend booking a trip to the 12 Apostles to see koalas and kangaroos.

Property is on the 11th floor, serviced by a very fast lift. It was well presented and is a comfortable walk to Heidelberg Station (about 600m walk) with a 35 minute train trip into the CBD. The connection to the airport via Uber/taxi is about 35-40 minutes. Our host met us at the apartments and was very helpful in settling us in and showing us the layout of the apartments. Recommend this property for anyone visiting Melbourne but does not want to stay in the City but with the convenience of a quick train service close by.

Winston Apartments are within the free tram line that circuits Melbourne CBD, but also is a 12 minute walk to DFO and great Wharf cafes and restaurants. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet, with great views. There is a tram stop right outside of Winston apartments with a short trip by tram to the railway and bus station stop. A Woolworths supermarket is across the road for self catering. Great value for money with great communication from Winston Apartments.Definitely recommend.

The Lonsdale St Apartments was perfect and exactly what we needed.
It's modern, very clean and has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable.
Very easy access to everything around Melbourne CBD and Kylie was a pleasure to deal with, communication was great..She made our stay effortless.
I would recommend the Lonsdale Apartments to anyone and everyone looking for somewhere to stay in Melbourne.

We drove to Melbourne & needed to garage it overnight. Wilson carpark next door to city stays which was great for us. Hotel is within walking distance to Queen Victoria markets which we really like. Easy walk to free tram & CBD.
