The room was clean & tidy. I received excellent customer service from a polite & professional team member upon check-in. I had requested an early check-in so that we could go & spend time with family for Xmas Eve & they were very accommodating & allowed it. This made our visit extra nice as we didn't have to wait around for long. The room was great value for money. We plan to go back there in the future.

    Nambour is an old established town but it provides easy and quick access to the Sunshine Coast( around 20 mins to the Sunshine Coast airport) where accommodation could be considerably more expensive. My stay in the Nambour Heights Motel was directly opposite the Nambour Hospital and relatively close to other places in the area. It was 11 minutes from the Buderim Ginger Factory and very close to the Big Pineapple. Also close to the Bli Bli water ski park which appeared to be a huge complex.

    Nice town with all shopping facilities.

    Nice town with all shopping facilities. Main Quota park in town centre has three free BBQ but one out of order during our stay. Playground and skate park near this park. More BBQ and seating facilities could improve Tourist experience, difficult to find an operational BBQ in the town area. Check Hervey Bay beachfront areas for excellent examples of BBQ facilities. Convenient stopover town, did not checkout all the various parks and walking tracks in the vicinity.

    McDonald's is the only option for early breakfast, next door endless time is a cafe that opens at 7am during the week and 8 am on weekends. Endless time s Does gluten free and as the name implies, good old fashioned menu.

    We hoped to go to the Nambour museum, but due to covid, it was closed. Easy enough to find one's way around the town, though it is quite a big town. Highly recommend the pizza and pasta restaurant in Currie street very good food and value for money. The decor at Chef Kim's Chinese restaurant, is unaffected by modernity, but the food is tasty if slightly westernized for the unsophisticated palate.

    Out hotel was changes on last minute by Management and we have been shifted to stinking room. I asked receptionist to give us different room. Different room was not upto standard. Toilet sewerage was stinking and bed was uncomfortable. We regret our stay at that.

    It was close and convenient to everything we were in Nambour for; the room was very well appointed, clean, spacious and comfortable. Attention to detail and the old fashioned biccy supplied with the complimentary tea and coffee was a lovely long forgotten touch!
